Dirty Sexy Saint (Dirty Sexy #1)

Dirty Sexy Saint

Dirty Sexy Saint is the first book in the Dirty Sexy series by Carly Phillips and Erik Wilde. I am a huge fan of Carly Phillips and her Dare to Love series and I was looking forward to reading this book and it did not disappoint. I loved the alpha male character Clay who loved helping everyone and giving them a chance. The writing was flawless, but I felt the first half of the book was dragged and there was not enough character development. Samantha was a very one dimensional character which I did not enjoy, but the chemistry between Clay and Samantha was combustible. I personally loved the scenes where Clay was fighting his attraction to Samantha. I enjoyed the secondary characters and cant wait to read Dirty Sexy Inked.

Rating: 3/5

Plot

Samantha Jamieson is a rich girl who obeys all her parents orders until her father wants her to get married as part of a business deal instead of love. Samantha then rebels and leaves her home without anything and eventually lands up Kincaids bar.

Clay Kincaid is the owner of Kincaids bar, who knows that he is more of a sinner than a saint. He has has a rough and terrible past which has left him against committed relationships. Clay has habit of helping people and when he sees innocent Samantha in his bar he cant resist helping this damsel in distress. Clay lets Samantha move in with him and offers her a job at the bar.

Clay likes sex which is fast and filthy and he refuses to touch innocent Samantha, until he discovers that she likes it just as dirty as him. Together they are combustible, but Clay's past still haunts him.
