Let Me Be The One
I loved this book because it has everything a reader could want: love, friendship, jealousy, family and drama. Lily Foster has done a brilliant job with her flawless writing and well developed characters. I enjoyed the dual point of view narration because it gave the story the depth it needed to help the reader connect with the characters. The story appealed to me because I enjoyed the way Tom and Darcy didn't just jump into a relationship, they took their time to get to know each other before forming a physical relationship. The secondary characters of Tom and Darcy's friends and family were well conceived and helped the book by giving it more dimensions. Generally in college romances you find that the characters are very immature, but I loved that Lily made her characters mature and sensible. The only bad thing in the book was that I personally felt that towards the middle of the book the story had began to drag. I loved this book and I am looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

Plot
Darcy Donovan, after escaping abroad for a year to get away from her ex boyfriend, is back at college to face her ex and to change the insecure girl she had become.
Tom Farrel, has been attracted to Darcy for a long time, but has been waiting on the sidelines while his friend Nick screws up his relationship with Darcy. After Darcy returns to college, Tom decides he is not going to stay away from her anymore. Their relationship goes through many ups and downs, let's see if it can survive both Darcy and Tom's past.
